Amber Ale: American Amber Ale brewed with Skagit Valley Copeland Pale and Pilsner Caramel Malts, Centennial and Loral hops round out a floral and citrus aroma with a sweet caramel backbone.

Mocha Porter: Our house Porter is brewed with copious amounts of chocolate malts to give a dark chocolate and coffee vibe. Aged on organic cacao nibs and blended with cold brewed coffee provided by our friends in Olympia, Ember Goods!

Brown Sugar IPA: El Dorado and Chinook hops give a big, candied fruit aroma. Flavors of caramel and brown sugar. Just enough bitterness to balance and leave you wanting more! Perfect for the holiday season!

West Coast IPA: Slightly hazy with subtle malt flavor of toasted white bread and caramel. Chinook hops give a smooth bitterness with some pine. Late addition of Amarillo, Chinook, Azacca, and Mosaic give aromas of pine needles, fresh cut flowers, and citrus. This is our year-round "house" IPA.

ESB: A refreshing and extremely smooth Extra Special Bitter. Noble and lemon on the nose from Adeena hops, with a citrusy, tropical pear on the finish. Caramel Malt balances out the bitterness from the hops.

Hazy IPA: Dense Hazy IPA with wheat malt highlighting the hop aromas. Super citrus and tropical fruit aromas, from Azacca and Citra hops. Semi dry finish keeps this hazy super drinkable.

Kolsch: Light gold in color with a right white head. Made with 60lbs of local wildflower honey! Crisp and easy drinking with a ton of flavor. A delicate nose of floral and citrus from Amarillo and Czech Saaz hops.

Imperial Breakfast Stout: This stout is full of chocolate, maple and vanilla. Extremely smooth and an easy drinker for this chilly weather!

West Coast Pilsner: Perfect for the sunny weather, this brew is full of a flavor with a balanced floral aroma from the Halletau Blanc and Tettnanger hops. Notes of a soft spiciness and an herbal earthy background.
